Breathing in, I calm my body. Breathing out, I release worries. 🌬️😊 Let’s embrace the present moment fully alive! #Mindfulness #Breathwork #Peace ✨ https://wp.me/p3JLEZ-7ps
Meditation is a valuable practice that offers numerous benefits for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It helps us cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and fosters a profound sense of inner peace. Thich Nhat Hanh, a renowned Vietnamese Zen master and peace activist, dedicated his life to teaching the transformative power of meditation and mindfulness. His teachings emphasize being present in the moment, allowing us to navigate life with greater clarity and compassion. By embracing meditation, you can enhance your ability to manage anxiety, gain insight into your thoughts and emotions, and ultimately lead a more fulfilled life. Join us in exploring this enriching practice and discover the profound impact it can have on your daily existence.

Breathing in, I know I am breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I am breathing out.
In, Out.(Gong sound, then silence. Gong.)
Breathing in, I notice that my in-breath has become deep.
Breathing out, I notice that my out breath has become slow.
Deep, slow, enjoy.(Gong sound, then silence. Gong.)
Breathing in, I calm my body and my mind.
Breathing out, I ease everything.
Calm, ease.(Gong sound, then silence. Gong.)
Breathing in, I smile. Nothing is as important than my peace, my joy. I smile to everything, even to my suffering, to my difficulties. Breathing out, I release, I let go. This is a practice of freedom. Smile, release.
(Gong sound, then silence. Gong.)
Breathing in, I establish myself in the present moment.
Breathing out, I realize that it is a wonderful moment.
Present moment, wonderful moment. Enjoy.(Gong sound, then silence. Gong.)

After saying these sentences we can abbreviate them by saying “In” as we breathe in and “Out” as we breathe out. We don’t try to control our breathing. Whether our in-breath is long or short, deep or shallow, we just breathe naturally and shine the light of mindfulness on it. When we do this we notice that, in fact, our breathing does become slower and deeper naturally.
We don’t have to make an extra effort. It just becomes deeper and slower by itself, and we recognize that. Later on, you will notice that you have become calmer and more at ease.
Breathing in, I smile. Breathing out, I release all my worries and anxieties. We are able to smile to ourselves and release all our worries. Nothing is more important. I Smile and let go. We are able to smile to ourselves and release all our worries. There are more than three hundred muscles in our face, and when we know how to breathe in and smile, these muscles can relax. This is “mouth yoga.” We smile and are able to release all our feelings and emotions.
In, out
Deep, slow
Calm, ease
Smile, release
Present moment, wonderful moment.
Nothing is more precious than being in the present moment fully alive and aware.
