Twin Hearts Meditation, Planetary Peace Meditation

Hello. I am a disciple of Master Choa Kok Sui, and therefore I honestly recommend you to practice Twin Hearts Meditation. It will  take you about 30 minutes, and this will be a great time investment, because you will be working on your inner peace, energy purification and healing, and also helping to heal your relations and the world. Sounds great, right? So, I hope you take the decision to work in your meditation skills. This is a very safe meditation, it can be practiced everyday by most of the adult people. For children or persons with some delicate health condition as glaucoma, high blood pressure, heart problems, it is better if you are supervised by a pranic healer or a meditation teacher, and you practice it only once a week.

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui is the founder of modern pranic healing and arhatic yoga. You can easily find pranic healing institutions around the world (1). The idea is that all of us can use effectively and efficiently the prana or ki, the life force that keeps the body alive. That is to say; if you invest some time in learning Master Choa teachings, you will learn to heal your self, and the people you love, with easy concepts, principles, techniques, practical applications and healing protocols. Twin Hearts Meditation is one of the suggestions to start having an experience of inner peace and divine healing.

Twin Hearts Meditation (also known as Planetary Meditation for Peace) Method: 

Do not meditate during driving any automobile or handling machinery. Find a safe place, where you feel relax and comfortable. 

1. Do physical exercises

For about five minutes to cleanse and energize your etheric body. Take care of moving your articulations: neck, shoulders, wrists, waist, hips, knees, ankles. That is because your articulations must be conducting energy, and the energy will flow efficiently if you try to relax, don’t be rigid, be flexible.
2. Sit comfortably

With your back erect with your hands turned upwards, resting on you lap. Close your eyes, connect the tip of the tongue to the palate. This tongue to the palate action, helps your inner energy to connect, so, when you do this, you have a more strong energy field, and also, your energy circuit has a better circulation, flow.
3. Invoke for Divine Blessings

Thanking for guidance, help, protection, healing and illumination.

To the Supreme God, to the Divine Father, Divine Mother, to my Spiritual Teacher, to all the Spiritual Teachers, to all the Holy Masters, to all the Saints, all the Angels, Spiritual Helpers, and to all the Great Ones: 
We thank you for your Blessings, for your Guidance, your Divine Love. 
We thank you for the Divine Sweetness, Illumination, Divine Oneness, Divine Help and Protection. 
We thank you in full faith. 

4. Activate your heart chakra

By becoming aware of it, and remembering something that makes you really happy. Are you smiling? Recall a happy event, take your time. Re-experience the exquisite feelings of sweetness, of tenderness and of love. You are smiling, you are filled with love and happiness. Gently and lovingly smile, thank, to your heart center. Your heart center is a being of love. Say words of love and sweetness to your heart. Wait for the response. Can you feel your heart center responding with love, with joy and bliss? The feeling is fantastic!
5. Activate your crown chakra

By becoming aware of it, and focusing on thoughts and feelings (memories or imagination) that make you feel secure, joyful. Re-experience a happy event, feel it. Smile at your crown center. Your crown center is a Being of Divine Love. Say words of love to this Being of Divine Love. Lovingly and gently smile at your crown center. Wait for the response. Can you feel your crown center responding with Divine Love and Divine Sweetness?

6. Bless the earth with loving kindness

With the energy of your happy physical hearth, and your lovely crown heart (this is why the meditation is called twin hearts), let’s bless the world.  You may visualize the earth as very small in front of you; raise your hands on the chest level facing outward and feel the love flowing from your heart to your hands and enveloping the small earth in front of you. You may use the prayer of St. Francis of Assisi. This blessing can be directed to all the world, to a group of nations, a particular nation, and you also can include (visualise it) your projects, all your relationships and area of influence: loved ones, family, friends, co-workers, etc. Blessing be to all, send blessing with loving kindness, great joy, happiness, divine peace, understanding, harmony, good will and will to do good. Allow yourself to be a channel of divine love and kindness, great joy, happiness, understanding, harmony and divine peace. Share the blessings;  feel and appreciate the implications of each word.

Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury,pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen
 

7. Be aware

But back your hands over your knees. Now: Gently imagine a brilliant white or golden light, a golden flame on your crown. Be aware of the light on your heart and your crown simultaneously. Enjoy the inner stillness and the bliss for a few minutes.  Inhale and exhale slowly. Gently and silently chant the mantra ‘Om’ when exhaling. Meditate on the interval between the two `Oms`, simultaneously be aware of the light, the stillness and the bliss and let go. Continue for about 10 minutes.
8. Blessing

Slowly come back to your physical body. Raise your hands again on the chest level facing outward. Release excess energy by blessing the Earth again with light, loving-kindness, peace and prosperity for several minutes until you feel your body is normalized. You may bless specific persons or your family and friends after releasing the excess energy. It is important than you are aware of enjoying the act of giving thought the blessing: Feel what you share, feel the love, the kindness, the bliss, the joy, the sweetness you share with all.

From the Heart of God, let every person, every being be blessed with Divine Love, with Kindness.
From the point of light of God, let the blessing go to the whole earth, to every person. 
May all the beings be blessed with sweetness, with tenderness, with warmness, with caringness, with inner healing, with inner beauty, with Divine Bliss, and Divine Oneness with all.  
Blessings to the entire earth of Light, Love and Power. 
Let the whole earth, every being be blessed. 
Let there be Peace, Harmony, Progress, Spirituality, Prosperity, to all. Blessings to all! 
Bless your country with Divine Light, Divine Love, Divine Power, with Progress, Spirituality and Abundance. 
Bless your city, with Peace and Order, with Spirituality, with Divine Love and Prosperity. 
Bless your loved ones, your relatives, associates and your friends with Divine Light, Divine Love, Kindness and Sweetness and with much Affection. Blessing be to all! 

9. Imagine your roots

It is important to imagine your roots after meditation in order to prevent the feeling of “stay flying”. Put your hands down, and imagine a energy line from the base of your column, and the palms of your feet, into the hearth, at least 3 mt. deep into the hearth, and give blessings to mother hearth, for her purification and healing. Thank mother hearth.

 
I bless Mother Earth with Divine Light, Divine Love, Divine Power. Blessings to Mother Earth!
Let Mother Earth be blessed, let Mother Earth be regenerated. Blessings be to Beloved Mother Earth!

10. Give thanks to the Divine Providence and to your spiritual guides for divine blessings of healing though the meditation process.

Thanks to my Spiritual Teacher, to all the Spiritual Teachers, to all the Saints, Holy Angels, Spiritual Helpers, especially to the Angels of Love and all the Great Ones.

11. Be aware, let go. Now, be awake, be conscious, be present. It will reduce the possibility or pranic congestion. Shake the body -move your articulations- massage the different body parts, jump or dance for a few minutes.

Have faith, and be patient: 

“Miracles are fantastic events which utilise hidden laws of nature that most people are not aware of; Miracles do not break the Laws of Nature, they are actually based on them.” MCHKS. 

Please be constant and patient. Miracles though meditation require your trust and persistence. Do not wait for great changes after just one time of practice. You must believe that this is good for you and for your influence area, and as with any other discipline, keep on doing it until you master some degree of confidence and perfection. This will help you to reduce stress, to overcome health problems, and it will also will bring clarity to your mind. I don’t pretend to make an extensive list of all the benefits that meditation can bring into your life, but I guaranty you that it worths every minute you spend on it. Kiss & bliss for you.
