Wolfgang Arndt is a German-American meditation master, with decades of experience, who shares his spiritual wisdom to relieve trauma from this life, past lives, or inherited from ancestors. Some topics in which he works on are energy healing (removing negative energy and attracting positive energy), relationship issues, awakening your spiritual connection, protection from the dark arts, and general health. His YouTube channel has more than a million and a half views.

In this article I present some of Wolfgang’s videos that focus on trauma healing. In these, he explains a bit about the situation, and then gives a guided meditation. According to psychology, human beings experience various traumas, including: childhood, sexual abuse, physical and psychological abuse, interpersonal, natural. These traumas derive from a situation that occurs suddenly or unexpectedly, in which the individual does not have the capacity to handle a problem. The person experiences confusion, pain, and creates resistance to such situations, with the intention of avoiding experiencing something similar. Unfortunately, when the trauma is not healed, the person can vibrate in resistance / attraction to such situations, and thus repeat them. The unconscious does it this way, with a good intention, to invite the person to learn to heal. However, the repetition of the trauma can cause immense pain and suffering to the individual, who, if does not find healing, goes into shock, and can negatively alter his psychology; thinking, feeling and behavior. Those who experience trauma generally feel guilt, shame, irritability, insomnia, nightmares, fear, anxiety, nervousness, and confusion.

Also, it is important to remember that to overcome a psychological trauma, it is useful to look for proffesional help to. Yes, meditation can help, which is why I am sharing with you a short selection of meditations offered by Wolfgang Arndt. It is also good to seek medical attention, whether psychological or for daily life, in order to develop emotional and mental skills that allow the person to digest unpleasant memories and recover the spirit of living. It is important that the person also ask for help from people who care about him, friends or family, to achieve good hygiene, sleep, and eating habits. Sexual Abuse Trauma Healing

Trauma from sexual abuse can take place in childhood or in adulthood. They include stalking, attempted rape, sexual violence, groping, incest, or rape. Sometimes the victim «hides» their pain as a way of dealing with the day to day. That is, the victim wants to erase the experience from their memory, so they may not want to remember or talk about it, which makes the treatment even more complex. The person could even develop a dissociative disorder. However, it is good that you acknowledge the hurt of such experiences and spend time healing in order to work through the aftermath.
