Queridos dears, I invite you to remember Russia in your prayers, and send them light and love, so that the different protagonist of the current conflict between Putin, homosexuals, nazis, can find the most harmonious solution. This is an invitation to send light so there can be love and peace. My solidarity with the community of sexual diversity in Russia, and their families. It is very sad to see how when a leader is retrograde, and enacts laws against human rights and inclusion, encourages the darker parts of society to commit crimes outside the law, allegedly covered by it.
Why to bless an area in conflict:
As we bless our house or our meals, the projects we want to accomplish, in an act of self protection, and to open our roads; it is also important to think with solidarity to all beings, mainly those who are in sorrow or pass through difficult times. When blessing those who suffer, we practice piety and compassion, over trial and condemnation, and this not only helps to those who live in darkness in order to get some light that can help them to transform themselves, but also operates a miracle in ourselves, and opens a door of blessing in our lives.
«Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you and pray for those who persecute you.» Matthew 5:44
«Love, therefore your enemies, do good, and hope nothing for this; and your reward shall be great, and you shall be sons of the most high, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.» Luke 6:35
«So, if your enemy is hungry, give him to eat; if he is thirsty, give him to drink, because by doing so, you’ll make his face burn of shame.» Romans 12:20
The word enemy in the Old Testament: tsarat, means: that one who league, tie, the one who cause anguish. One who shows hostility, annoys and harasses. The word ‘ayab means: to be hostile, as an enemy. To be adversary, detestable, hateful, hostile, in constant opposition to the other.
Mateo 5:46 because if you love only those who love you, what reward would you have?
It is a natural act to respond to hostility with greater adversity and hate. The miracle that the word invite us to perform in ourselves and in the others is to stop acting based on what is «normal», or in response to the «instinct», to become truly human when transmuting that hate in love and peace, first in ourselves, and through our prayers, to share that light and live with the world.
To meditate and to share light is more or less easy, if you have already done it, you know that this is a practice of 15, 30 minutes, which can help you to be present and in peace. If you haven’t practice it before, I suggest you to look for a place where you can be calm, sitting or lying down in a comfortable position, focus on your breath, and think about something that causes you joy. Once you smile thanks to that memory of happy moments, then you are in able to share that happiness with whoever you wish to, send them part of the joy, with your intention. There where the thinking focuses, the energy goes. If you wish, you can include in your prayers, the poem of St. Francis of Assisi.
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console;
to be understood, as to understand;
to be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive.It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.

News about the anti-gay law in Russia:
-According with the new of July 2013, Neo Nazi ultra nationalist groups, led by Maxim Martsinkevich, «Cleaver», «Tesak», used the social network VK.com in order to proclaim themselves «crime fighters». They torture gay teenagers, and upload those bullying videos to show it to friends and family of their victims, with these actions they impulse some young boys to commit suicide.

-The anti-gay law was signed on June by president Vladimir Putin. The new law allows the Russian Government to arrest and detain any person (Russian resident or tourist), gay or «pro-gay», 14 days prior to their possible expulsion from the country. From then on, the social violence -discrimination, blood, prison-, has increased.
