I see Swan Lake Bath Ballet and perceive a mixture of feelings. A claustrophobic undertone is the protagonist and goes along during the play. You not only admire beautiful trained bodies, who look constrained into small tubs but also, we understand the many emotional and psychological difficulties of being isolated and dealing with your mind labyrinths.

Filmed in Lockdown, with 27 dancers from across the globe, from New Zealand, South Africa, America, Hong Kong, and the UK, perform this Bath Ballet to Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake theme. This artwork was choreographed, filmed on smartphones, and post-produced remotely during the Covid-19 pandemic. You can appreciate this apocalyptic modern-day version of the epic and iconic Swan Lake Ballet.
