Welcome Back Space Travelers!

Ra’al Ki Victorieux

Wow! Well done SpaceX, Elon Musk, NASA! Welcome back, earthlings! Today, Sunday, August 2, 2020, astronauts make historic splashdown return. @AstroBehnken (Robert Behnken) and @Astro_Doug (Douglas Hurley) smile and give a thumbs up after arriving at the Gulf of Mexico, planet Earth, making a safe end to a historic two-month mission. This is the first crew to splash down since 1975!

In case you are wondering what’s all this about? Let me tell you some highlights.

SpaceX, a private space travel company, is working to make life on Mars a reality.
Would you like to be a tourist or resident on the red planet? Keep in touch!

How many times have space travel appeared on media? How many do you remember?
Besides of the common places as Star Wars the movie, Memories of Mars, or Surviving Mars, the video games, and the illustration art of Dejah Thoris in the book Worlds of Mars Vol. 1 and 2. I would like to mention a painting by Peter Paul Rubens: The Return from War, Mars Disarmed by Venus. Let me be romantic in space travelling times.

I think that even Sailor Moon has travelled to Mars! I find very interesting this almost obsession for imagining and summoning the future from pop art creations. I’m talking about the appearance of Elon Musk in movies and TV Series, being himself, and telling us that life on Mars is a not so far away possibility. Mars, 2016 Netflix documentary-drama series, that chronicles a crew’s mission in 2033 to colonize the Red Planet, makes it hard to tell fiction from fact. In January 2015, Musk appeared as himself in “The Musk Who Fell to Earth”, an episode on The Simpsons. I think he l-o-v-e-s to appear as himself, and the list goes on: The Big-Bang Theory, South Park, Racing Extinction (documentary), Why Him? (comedy film), Meme Review (PewDiePie YouTube show), etc., etc.

What music would sound in Mars Villa build by SpaceX? Maybe you want to listen to the tracks released by Elon on SoundCloud under the name “Emo G Records”: RIP Harambe, and Don’t Doubt ur Vibe.

Well, that’s all for now dear dragons, see you soon & keep rocking!
